Press Releases: ATRUTH COMMISION FOR ANGOLA

April 4, 2002

NSHR hopes that the ceasefire agreement to be formally signed today in the Angolan capital between the Angolan Government and UNITA will lead to formal and effective de-colonization and or de-neocolonization of Angola leading to ownership and control of Angolan wealth and natural resources by the Angolan people for the benefit of all Angolans, instead of the present large scale plunder by multinational corporations in complicity with high ranking Angolan Government officials.
