THE case in which nine opposition parties are challenging the conduct of Namibia’s National Assembly election late last year has been sent back to the High Court.

Das oberste Gericht hat gestern die von neun Oppositionsparteien eingereichte Wahlklage für zulässig erklärt und damit ein früheres Urteil des Obergerichts gekippt. Für die Antragsteller ist dies jedoch nur ein Teilerfolg dem nun ein langer Rechtsstreit folgen wird.
