Das oberste Gericht hat gestern die von neun Oppositionsparteien eingereichte Wahlklage für zulässig erklärt und damit ein früheres Urteil des Obergerichts gekippt. Für die Antragsteller ist dies jedoch nur ein Teilerfolg dem nun ein langer Rechtsstreit folgen wird.
